SOUP’R, the coziest soup bar in the heart of Ghent, is looking for an energetic and passionate store manager to lead our team. Do you have an eye for quality, a talent for team leadership, and a love for hospitality? Want to work in a warm and friendly atmosphere without evening or Sunday shifts? Your Role as Store Manager

As a store manager, you are the heart of our business. You ensure everything runs smoothly, from prep work to the smiles of satisfied customers. You’re a people person, you know how to motivate a team, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves yourself.

What will you do?

✔ Oversee the daily operations of the soup bar
✔ Lead, coach, and inspire your team
✔ Manage stock and place orders
✔ Maintain top-quality service and customer satisfaction
✔ Welcome customers with a big smile
✔ Handle administrative tasks like scheduling shifts
